Here’s how our Mad Rabbit Ambassador Program works: 

1.  A personalized Ambassador Code will be created just for you.

2. You can share it with your friends and family, giving them 20% OFF  the purchase of regular priced items when they use your code.

3. Anytime someone purchases with your code, you’ll receive a 15% commission on the total amount paid using your code, less taxes, shipping and handling. You will be paid through PayPal, so please make sure you have an account. Otherwise we won’t be able to pay you. You will be responsible for all fees associated with PayPal and Mad Rabbit will not be responsible and waives all liability related to the PayPal fees.

4. After your first 10 Ambassador sales (i.e., sales using your Ambassador Code), you receive a free Starter Kit.

5. After your first 20 Ambassador sales, you receive a free T-Shirt.

6. After your first 50 Ambassador sales, we will give your $250 for your next Tattoo.

**The consequences of posting your code elsewhere will result in the decline of payment for those sales made and suspension or termination from the Mad Rabbit Ambassador Program.**  

Limit one coupon per customer and/or household/business per day. Coupon is not for resale or auction and only good for one-time use. No cash back. Void where prohibited. Discount will not be applied to any previous transactions and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Mad Rabbit Tattoo limit quantities sold to each customer. Discount is only valid on orders shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico. 

Program Behavior Requirements:

All active Ambassadors must represent the company in a positive way inside and outside the program. 

Example: A Mad Rabbit Tattoo Rep who states their affiliation with Mad Rabbit Tattoo on their social media pages should not attack others on social media or they could be subject to termination from the Mad Rabbit Tattoo Ambassador Program.

Behavior that interferes with or undermines the level of teamwork and collegial respect that are critical to a safe group environment will be terminated from the program. People that promote violence, hate speech, weapons, drugs, etc. will also be terminated. 

This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership between you and Mad Rabbit Tattoo. You will provide services for Mad Rabbit Tattoo as an independent contractor. You will have no authority to bind yourself to the company in any way. Mad Rabbit Tattoo will not be responsible for any taxes that you owe arising out of your relationship with Mad Rabbit Tattoo as set forth in this Agreement. Mad Rabbit Tattoo will not withhold any taxes from the commissions paid to you.


Any information that you are exposed to by virtue of your relationship with Mad Rabbit Tattoo under these terms and policies, which information is not available to the general public, shall be considered to be confidential company information. You may not disclose any confidential company information to any person or entity, except where compelled by law, unless you obtain prior written consent for such disclosure from Mad Rabbit Tattoo.


Due to limitations between Refersion and Shopify's integration, Mad Rabbit Tattoo does not approve ANY commission payouts during the dates of scheduled sales hosted on the Mad Rabbit Tattoo website. 

Mad Rabbit Tattoo reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements or comply with any other provisions of these terms. In addition, Mad Rabbit Tattoo reserves the right to terminate any Ambassador that is deemed in Mad Rabbit Tattoo’s sole discretion to violate these terms. All such decisions will be final.

By joining the Ambassador program, participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Any violation of these terms may result in termination from the program.  Participants understand and agree that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is established by joining the program hereunder and nothing in these terms shall be deemed to place Mad Rabbit Tattoo in any different position from anyone else that has not joined the program. Mad Rabbit Tattoo’s failure to enforce any term of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

This program is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws of the United States and the District of Columbia and are subject to change without notice in order to comply with them. Mad Rabbit Tattoo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

The value of any commission or gift earned by a member may be reported for tax purposes and as required by law. Lost or stolen gift or coupon codes will not be replaced. Any portion of the gift, commission or coupon code that is not used is forfeited. Gifts are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be given, bartered or sold.  Mad Rabbit Tattoo reserves the right to substitute the gift(s) for one of equal or greater value if the designated gift(s) should become unavailable for any reason. The coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Participant agrees to accept gift(s), commissions and coupon codes “as is”, and participants hereby acknowledge that Mad Rabbit Tattoo has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the gift, commission or coupon code, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a gift supplier, such as those offered by a tattoo artist. 

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses, which are not specifically listed as part of the gift(s), commission or coupon code in these terms and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded gift(s), commission or coupon code, are solely the responsibility of the participant. Mad Rabbit Tattoo will determine all details and other restrictions of the gift(s), commissions and coupon codes not specified in these terms, in its sole discretion. The gift(s), coupon codes and commissions will be delivered only to an address in the United States. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, associated with the receipt of use of any gift(s) and commission are the respective participant’s sole responsibility. Valid taxpayer ID or Social Security number may be required from the participant when accepting the gift(s) and/or commission. An IRS1099 form or other applicable tax form may be issued to the respective participant. The gift(s) or commission shall not be awarded until all such properly executed and forms are returned within the time allotted required by Mad Rabbit Tattoo. Participant will indemnify and hold Mad Rabbit Tattoo harmless from and against all damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and other professionals) arising out of or relating to any obligation imposed by law on participant to pay any taxes pursuant to the program.

Under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby knowingly and expressly waive all right to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this program, or any gift(s), coupon code and commission awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
